Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping:

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.40 per order sent via Collect+ (usually delivered within 2 working days) and covers mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

We try to ship all orders the same or next working day but please allow up to 48 hours for orders placed during busy periods/weekends. Please contact us if you would like to specify another delivery service.

International Shipping:

Postage to European Union countries outside the UK is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 inc. VAT per order sent via Royal Mail International Standard (3-5 working days) or £9.79 inc. VAT per order sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days) and covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Larger orders may be shipped via standard courier service and may take a little longer.

Cancellations, Returns, Faulty Items and Refunds:

You have a right to cancel your order or return goods within 14 days of receiving them. A refund will be issued upon cancellation or, if goods have already been shipped, on receiving the returned goods.

Returned goods and their packaging must be in original condition and be accompanied by proof of purchase. If any items you receive are faulty you may return these within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We aim to process refunds within 1 working day but please allow up to 10 days for any refund to show on your account.
